Sharia (rules most of Pakistan)- is the sacred law of Islam. It is the combination of the Koran and ideas set from Muhammad in the Sunnah

On the skin they put a tattoo like thing called henna.
When visiting a pakistan home it is important to bring gifts. Men avoid giving gifts to woman, especially white flowers (only presented during a wedding ceremony)
Tawaif- popular Islamic dance in Pakistan and in the ancient time was used to perform for the emperors.
Time Line 2500- 1500 BCE: Indus river covered Pakistan 1251-1335 BCE: Rukn-e-Ala (Pillar of the World) 712 CE: Arab general conquered Sindh and Matlan. As a result the Pakistan government stated "its foundation was laid". 8th Century AD: Islam arrived with Arab traders 16th-18th Century: Mughul empire expanded and remained in nominal control, even past the British East India company came to control the area 1947 AD: Pakistan was "born" it was separated out of the partition on the India Sub-Continet 1970 AD: Mazar-e-Quaid (used to pray to Jinnah) 1999 AD: armed conflict occurred after Islamic militants infiltrate Indian administered Kashmir November 2008 AD: extremist attacks in Mumbai, and has halted talks on improving relations January 8, 2011 AD: 7.2 earthquake leaving Pakistan in heavy damage Conclusion Pakistan did not change much from the tradition in there ancient history to modern. They have kept their main religion Islam threw out history. Since Pakistan was once part of India the political and government has changed. They went threw many different empires, and today they are having difficulty with there government right now. Islam has had a huge impact on this country. Especially since around ninety-five of the country is Muslims. This affect the way they control the country. However this impact has not changed over time. This country has had many invasion though. From the Mughal empire, Pakistan has gained much architecture structor.
